កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Comrade Heng had some bad standpoints on political point of view and the managements. Heng did not ask main and deep questions to the enemy. Heng did not understand all how to manage document. Heng was slow interrogator. He did not catch up with the situation. Heng did not respect the rule during sleeping. Heng still had in mind of desiring with wealth. Comrade Teng refreshed and criticized comrade Heng that did not make a funny story with confessor while doing confession. Comrade Snguon suggested that after the collective criticized, please taking care of the own work in order to avoid the same mistake at all time.
មិត្ដ ហេង មានគុណវិបត្ដិមួយចំនួនចំពោះនយោបាយសតិអារម្មណ៍ និងការចាត់តាំងរបស់បក្សដូចជាៈ សួរខ្មាំងមិនទាន់ជ្រៅ និងធ្វើ ឯកសារមិនទាន់ជ្រៅ សួរខ្មាំងឹេនៅមានយឺតយ៉ាវ មិនទាន់សភាព ការណ៍របស់បក្សនៅឡើយ។ ដេកពួនមិនទាន់គោរពវិន័យនៅមាន សតិអារម្មណ៍ចង់មានចង់បាន ធ្វើជីវភាពរបស់មហាជនមិនទាន់បាន ទៀងទាត់ ធ្វើឯកសារមិនទាន់សភាពការណ៍មានការ ស្ទះខ្វះជំហរ ទទួលខុសត្រូវ។ មតិកសាងរបស់មិត្ដ តេង ចំពោះមិត្ដ ហេង ស្នើកុំអោយលេងសើចជាមួយខ្មាំងនៅពេលសួរ។ មិត្ដ ស្ងួនបាន សំណូមពរថាៈ ក្រោយពីសមូហភាពជួយមតិស្នើមិត្ដយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់ អោយខ្ពស់កុំអោយខុសដដែលៗ។
