Chakrey confessed that the purpose of the tract was to cause the marriage of all youth to emerge, so there would be a turmoil in public that could cause atrouble to Angkar making them to un trust each other. As a result, there would be anflict from one Angkar to another. The tracts publishers were Sophan, Sambath, Chhom and Sarin.
ឈ្មោះ ចក្រី បានឆ្លើយអំពីគោលបំណងនៃខិតប័ណ្ណ គឺបំផុសចលនាឱ្យយុវជនរៀបការគ្រប់ៗគ្នា ធ្វើឱ្យមានភាពច្របូកច្របល់ក្នុង ចំណោមមហាជន ធ្វើឱ្យមានការស្មុគ្រស្មាញ និងរំខានដល់អង្គការធ្វើឱ្យមានការមិនទុកចិត្ដគ្នា គឺធ្វើឱ្យមានទំនាស់ពីអង្គភាពមួយទៅអង្គភាព មួយទៀត។ ចំណែកក្រុមអ្នកបោះខិតប័ណ្ណមាន សុផាន សំបាត់ ឆោម និង សារិន។
