Min Sim, 24, Chief of Company, was born in Say Yea Sub-district, Svay Rieng District, Svay Rieng Province. In 1970, Sim joined the Vietnamese troop, after that, Sim came along with the Khmer troop at Battalion 26 under the leadership of Chhiev and Yien. In 1972, Chhiev and Yien indoctrinated Sim to serve the Free Khmer activities and infiltrate into unit 26 to expand anti-revolutionary forces andinduce soldiers to flee home. Sim convinced soldiers and cadre to run off from battlefront, leaving 8 dead. Sim encouraged the battlefields to Prey Khla village, leaving 6 dead. Between 1973-1974 and1975, Yien and Chhiev assigned Sim to infiltrate into unit 502 of aviation to expand forces to conduct anti-revolutionary forces, convince soldiers to destroy materials and prepare for July 1976 plots to destroy important materials.
មិន ស៊ីម អាយុ ២៤ ឆ្នាំ ប្រធានអនុសេនាធំ កើតនៅឃុំ សាយ យា ស្រុក ស្វាយរៀង ខេត្ដ ស្វាយរៀង។ ១៩៧០ ចូលធ្វើកងទព័ វៀតណាម ក្រោយមករត់មកនៅជាមួយទព័ខ្មែរវិញ នៅកងវរៈ សេនាតូច ២៦ ក្រោមការដឺកនាំរបស់ ឈៀវ និង យៀន ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈៀវ និង យៀន បានអប់រំអោយ ស៊ីម ចូលបំរើសកម្មភាពខ្មែរសេរី បង្កប់ក្នុងអង្គភាព ២៦ ដើម្បីពង្រីក កំលាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ និងចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ។ ស៊ីមចលនាយុទ្ធជនកម្មាភិបាលឱ្យរត់ចេញពីសមរភូមិ ស្លាប់ ៨នាក់ ចលនាឱ្យរត់ចោលសមរភូមិព្រៃខ្លា ស្លាប់អស់ ៦នាក់ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣-១៩៧៤ ដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ យៀន និង ឈៀវ ចាត់តាំង ស៊ីម ឱ្យបង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងកង ៥០២ អាកាសចរ ដើម្បីពង្រីកកំលាំងធ្វើ សកម្មភាពបង្កទំនាស់ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ និងត្រៀមចាំផែនការខែ ៧-១៩៧៦ កំទេចឃ្លាំងសម្ភសារៈ សំខាន់ៗឱ្យបាន។
