Min Neng confessed that Mao Sean joined the C.I.A in 1973 through Pech Ban's network. In May 1975, Sean once again linked his former network with other hiding in power plant 2 and received a plan from Pech Ban to recruit hidden forces so as to destroy machines.
មិន ណេង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ ស៊ាន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ក្នុងខ្សែពេជ បាន។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ស៊ាន បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ ចាស់ម្ដងទៀតនៅអគ្គិសនីទី២និងបានទទួលផែនការពីពេជ បាន ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងនិងកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីន។
