Meas Sokh aka Sao, 28, was born in Thmei village, Svay Meas sub-district, Kampong Siem district, Region 43. In mid 1967, Puk and Lun, chiefs of Svay Meas sub-district, educated Sao on serving their activities such as expanding spy forces infiltrating into village in order to find those providing food to the Khmer Rouge and distributing leaflets to spread political propaganda within the people cycle. After that, Sao built up 4 people and assigned them to search for the Khmer Rouge infiltrating into village. A report would be made if finding those providing food from village to the Khmer Rouge in the jungle. In 1974, Angkar withdrew Sao from security office of region 42 and met with Meas, Khoem and Chhon. They always convened the meeting in every morning. The content was to build up forces to destroy materials, convince the people of provoking conflict with Angkar, and introduce him to a number of network. Sao and his network carried out anti-party activities. In October 1977, Angkar made his arrest. A number of Sao's network was also implicated in the confession.
មាស សុខ ហៅ សៅ អាយុ ២៨ឆ្នាំកើតនៅភូមិថ្មី ឃុំស្វាយមាស ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម តំបន់ ៤៣ ។ នៅពាក់កណ្ដាលឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៧ ពុក និង លន់ មេឃុំស្វាយមាស បានអប់រំសៅឱ្យជួយបំរើការងាររបស់ ខ្លួនដូចជាពង្រីក កំលាំងគិញនៅតាមភូមិ ពិនិត្យរកអ្នកបពោ្ចញ ស្បៀងឱ្យខ្មែរក្រហម រកអ្នកបោះត្រាក់ឃោសនាធ្វើនយោបាយ ក្នុងជួរប្រជាជន ។ ក្រោយមក សៅបានកសាងកំលាំងបាន ៤នាក់ហើយលើកភារៈកិច្ចឱ្យអ្នកទាំង ៤ គឺរកខ្មែរក្រហមដែល បង្កប់នៅក្នុងភូមិ បើឃើញត្រូវរាយការណ៍រកអ្នកបពោ្ចញស្បៀង ពីភូមិទៅឱ្យខ្មែរក្រហម ក្នុងព្រៃ ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ អង្គការដកសៅមក នៅមន្ទីរសន្ដិសុខតំបន់ ៤២ បានជួប មាន, ខឹម និង ឆុន ។ អ្នកទាំងបានប្រជុំគ្នាពេលព្រឹកនៅកន្លែងរបស់ ខឹម ឯខ្លឹមសារគឺឱ្យ កសាងកម្លាំងក្នុងអង្គភាពបំផ្លាញសំភារៈបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យមានទំនាស់ ជាមួយអង្គការ និងបានឧទេសនាមឱ្យស្គាល់បក្សពួកមួយចំនួនទៀត។ សៅ និងបក្សពួកបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងនឹងបក្ស បំផ្លាញសំភារៈ រហូតដល់ខែ១០-១៩៧៧ ទើបអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន ។ ក្នុងចម្លើយសារ ភាពមានភ្ជាប់បញ្ជីឆ្មោះបក្សពួក សៅ មួយចំនួនទៀត។
