Meas Em, 26, was a cadre of dossier section of security office, Northwest Zone. Before the liberation, Em was a spy of Hul Tuoch and made contact and spied for the Khmer Rouge movement. In 1977, Em postponed his activities due to the fact that Angkar cleaned up San's network. Em contacted Song. After Angkar pulled Song out, Em received a successive plot from Kay, deputy chief of ministry of security, until Angkar made his arrest on 1 February 1978. Bearing the names of confession of Meas Em was 17 people.
មាស អែម អាយុ ២៦ ឆ្នាំ ជាកម្មាភិបាលសរុបសំណុំរឿងឯកសារ មន្ទីសន្ដិសុខភាគពាយ័ព្យ ។ មុនរំដោះជាគិញសំងាត់របស់ ហ៊ុល តូច ហើយបានទាក់ទងធ្វើសកម្មភាពស៊ើបការណ៍ពីចលនាខ្មែរហ្រម ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ អែមផ្អាកសកម្មភាពដោយអង្គការចាប់បោសសំអាត ខ្សែសាន អែមបានទាក់ទងឈ្មោះសុង ដល់ពេលអង្គការដក សុងទៅ អែមទទួលផែនការពី កយ អនុប្រធានក្រសួងសន្ដិសុខ ជាហូរហែ មករហូតដល់ថ្ងៃអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនថ្ងៃ១-២-១៩៧៨ ។ ក្នុងចម្លើយ សារភាពមានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះមនុស្សចំនួន ១៧នាក់ទៀតដែលជាប់ ក្នុងចម្លើយរបស់មាស អែម ។
