Meas Bunthan aka Mei, big unit, division 310, confessed that Nguon, messenger of Oeun, working at division 310, received assignments from Oeun, chief of division 310, to load 50 sacks of salt, a case of compass, and a rolled map to Hoh, working at regiment, division 117, for being readied to attack Phnom Penh.
