មាំង ឆាន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ ៥០២ បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ ៨-១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ សេក មាន នយោបាយអនុសេនាតូច បាន ទទួលមតិណែនាំក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ដូង សេ្រង ឱ្យបន្ដបង្កប់ខ្លួនកុ្នង រដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដឱ្យបាន។
