Meang Chhan, cadre of company 502, admitted that Him, soldier of company, regiment 152, division 14, took traitorous plan from Daung Sreng to convince combatants to escape from the front line. In June 1975, Daung Sreng aka Kea indoctrinated Him to carry out treacherous plan such as persuading combatants to hate Ta Nat and Ta Pin, and spreading out rumor that the Angkar did not trust cadres and combatants, who came from region 25.
មាំង ឆាន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ ៥០២ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ីម យោធាអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាធំ ១៥២ កងពល ១៤ បាន ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ដូង សេ្រង ឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលខ្សែ ត្រៀម។ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៥ ដូង សេ្រង ហៅ គា អប់រំ ហ៊ីម ឱ្យអនុវត្ដផែនការក្បត់ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យស្អប់ តាណាត តាពីន ផ្សព្វផ្សាយថា អង្គការលែងទុកចិត្ដកម្មាភិបាលយុទ្ធជនដែលមកពីតំបន់ ២៥ ហើយ។
