Maut Hen aka Seun, deputy chief of group of oil energy unit, kerosene factory, confessed that Vann was a traitorous network of Sambo. In October 1973, Vann led soldiers to flee from their frontline. Then, after the Angkar had known [his/her]traitorous activities, the Angkar sent back to serve as soldier. In March 1974, the Angkar sent Vann to battlefield in Kampong Thom. Seun and Vann were separated from each other.
ម៉ូត ហេន ហៅ សឺង អនុក្រុមថាមពលបេ្រងនៅរោងចក្រ បេ្រងកាត បានឆ្លើយថា វ៉ានជាប់ក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់របស់សំបូរ។ ខែ១០-១៩៧៣ វ៉ាននាំយុទ្ធជនរត់ចោលខ្សែត្រៀម ពេលអង្គការដឹងបានដក នាទីអោយមកនៅជាយុទ្ធជនវិញ។ខែ៣-១៩៧៤ អង្គការដកវ៉ាន ទៅសមរភូមិកំពង់ធំ។ សឺង បែកពីវ៉ាន រហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃ។
