Mong said of staging the revolution and of hardship and inequality. In 1972, Mong and his network prompted the people to flee to Phnom Penh by arguing that the death might happen in the liberated zone because of bombs. Mong offered to return to his village. There might be easy for him to conduct activities and assign forces.
ម៉ុង បាននិយាយពីការធ្វើបដិវត្ដន៍មានការលំបាករវទនាមិនស្មើ ភាពគ្នា។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ម៉ុង និងបក្សពួកបានធ្វើចលនាបំផុស ប្រជាជនឱ្យរត់ទៅភ្នំពេញព្រោះនៅតំបន់រំដោះខ្លាចយន្ដហោះ ទំលាក់គ្រាប់ត្រូវស្លាប់ ។ ម៉ុង មានផែនការចង់ទៅរស់នៅភូមិវិញ ព្រោះងាយស្រួលធ្វើសកម្មភាព និងស្រួលចាត់តាំងកំលាំងឱ្យ ធ្វើសកម្មភាព។
