In 1965, Makk Heang was born in Krava, Baray district, region 42, and joined the CIA through Yeng, Chief of Chamkar Leu district, Lai, and Khit, and Heang, a nominator, Khuon Hon and Ven, network. Heang infiltrated into the revolutionary line and contacted netowrk to destroy the revolutionary forces. From 1971 to 1972, he worked as a chief of Speu sub-district, Chamkar Leu district, contacted a number of traitors, and received the plots from Kiem to provoke problem between the revolution and people from district to district. In 1974, Heang built up a number of traitors, diverted the guidelineof rice cultivation increase of the party: later rice was transplanted on the higher soil while the early rice on the low land. Heang provided food to the enemy and starved the people to defame the revolution in 1975. Heang separated the party forces from the people. The people were assigned to malaria-prone areas, not provide food, incite problem from ministry to ministry defame the party influence.
ម៉ក់ ហ៊ាង កើតនៅក្រវ៉ា ស្រុកបារាយទំបន់ ៤២ ក្នុង ១៩៦៥ និងចូល សេអ៊ីអា តាមរយៈ យ៉េង គណៈស្រុកចំការលើ ឡៃ, ឃិត ហើយ ឧទេ្ទសនាម ហ៊ាង ឱ្យស្គាល់ ឃួន ហុន, វ៉ែន ជាបក្សពួក ។ ហ៊ាង បង្កប់ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដន៍ទាក់ទងជាមួយបក្សពួកបំផ្លាញកំលាំង បដិវត្ដន៍ ។ ១៩៧១-១៩៧២ ធ្វើគណៈឃុំស្ពឺ ស្រុកចំការលើ និងបានទាក់ទងកំលាំងឱ្យក្បត់បានមួយចំនួន និងទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី កៀម ឱ្យបង្កទំនាស់រវាងបដិវត្ដន៍ ជាមួយប្រជាជនពីស្រុកមួយទៅ ស្រុកមួយទៀត ។ ១៩៧៤ ហ៊ាងកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់បានមួយចំនួន បង្វែមាគ៌ាបង្កើនផលរបស់បក្ស ស្រូវធ្ងន់ស្ទូងដីខ្ពស់ ស្រូវស្រាល ស្ទូងដីលិចទឹក បពោ្ចញស្បៀងទៅឱ្យខ្មាំង បង្អត់ស្បៀងប្រជាជន បង្ខូចទ្ធិពលបដិវត្ដន៍។ ដល់១៩៧៥ ហ៊ាន បានបំបែកកម្លាំងបក្សឱ្យ ប្រជាជនទៅធ្វើការនៅកន្លែងចាញ់ស្លាប់ មិនដោះស្រាយស្បៀង បង្កទំនាស់ពីក្រសួងមួយទៅក្រសួងមួយទៀតដើម្បីបង្ខូចទ្ធពលបក្ស។
