On December 19, 1975, a comander who was positioned in Vietnam, reported on situation of his forces at air forces base in Vietnam which was ready to fight. Thach Kuy, was a chef of air forces and Thach Ren, was a person who released order to armed forces to prepare thmeselves everywhere.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ មេបញ្ជាការប្រចាំការនៅប្រទេស វៀតណាម បានរាយការណ៍អំពីសភាពការណ៍កម្លាំងរបស់វានៅកន្លែង ជើងអាកាសនៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម ដែលពួកវាបម្រុង និងធ្វើ សកម្មភាព។ អ្នកដឹកនាំវាគឺ ថាច់ គុយ ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំផ្នែកខាងជើង អាកាស, ថាច់ រ៉ែន ជាអ្នកដាក់បទបញ្ជាឱ្យពួកវាប្រុងប្រៀបនៅ គ្រប់កន្លែងទាំងអស់។
