A source said that on August 9, 1973, about 300 Khmer rebels in battalion 101, equiped with guns and under the command of Nou Ho, left Takeo province and stopped at Prey Pchek village at VT623-595 in Sendei sub-district, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province. They planned to attack our National Armed Forces position at O Krang Ambel in the near future.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ០៩ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ប្រហែលជា៣០០នាក់ ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ១០១ ប្រដាប់ដោយ អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ នូ ហូ បានធ្វើដំណើរចេញពី ខេត្ដតាកែវ រួចមកស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិព្រៃផ្ចឹកត្រង់វ៉េតេ៦២៣-៥៩៥ក្នុង ឃុំសែនដី ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ពួកវាទាំងនេះមាន គោលបំណងប្រុងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិយើងដែលប្រចាំការ នៅស្ពានអូរក្រាំងអំបិល ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
