In Roka Thom village, Kampong Speu province opened a gambling bussiness such as black-jack, spinning top game, and Yoky game. Approximately 150 to 200 people came to play these games. Some of them dressed like civil servants, and some other dressed like simple people. According to that activities our secret agents suspected that most of those people who came to play those games could be secret agents of North Viet Cong Yourns to mingle with villagers in order to spy on the National Armed Forces positions and they then will come to attack on that region later on.
នៅក្នុងភូមិរកាធំ ក្នុងក្រុងកំពង់ស្ពឺ មានបើកល្បែងមួយកន្លែងដូចជាៈ យូគី យឺយិត អាប៉ោង និបៀរបារាំង។ នៅក្នុងពេលលេងម្ដងៗ មានមនុស្ស ប្រហែល១៥០ ទៅ ២០០នាក់ខ្លះស្លៀកពាក់ស៊ីវិល ខ្លះទៀតជាអ្នករដ្ឋការ។ តាមរយៈ សភាពការណ៍ទាំងនោះភ្នាក់ងារ យើងមិនដែលមានឈ្នះម្ដងណាសោះ ដូចនេះបានសេចក្ដីថា ជនទាំងនោះគឺជាដៃជើងពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង ចូលមក យកការណ៍ពីទីតាំង កងទ័ពជាតិយើងបានច្បាស់ ហើយទើបពួក វាចូលមករាយប្រហារតែម្ដង។
