A source said that on october 16, 1970, enemies travelled in 7 boats from Stengchinit to Kampong Thom with 3 people in a small boats guiding them. They also asked boat owners to transport foodstuffs and medical equipments from Kampong Chhnang to Tang Krasang in Santuk district, Kampong Tmar region Baray district, Kampong Thom province.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់ថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦ តុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ខ្មាំងបានជិះកាណូត ៧គ្រឿង ចេញពីកំពង់ឆ្នាំង តាមស្ទឹងជីនិត ឆ្ពោះទៅកំពង់ធំ ដោយមានកាណូតធុនតូចជិះគ្នា៣នាក់ បើកនាំមុខ។ សព្វថ្ងៃពួកវា ពឹងអ្នកស្រុកដែលមានទូកកាណូតឱ្យជួយដឹកជញ្ជូន គ្រឿងឧបភោគ បរិភោគ និងបរិក្ខាពេទ្យពីកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ទៅទុកនៅតាំងក្រសាំង ស្រុកសន្ទុក តំបន់កំពង់ថ្ម ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។
