Mapp Choeuy aka Duch, 37, born in Kok Po village, Keo Por sub-district, Puork district, Siem Reap province, joined the revolution in 1965. On December 28, 1965, Seng Phun aka Chet indoctrinated him to serve the CIA. After joining the CIA, Duch normally went to contact Seng Phun and hid in the revolution in order to spy on it, to build up CIA forces, and to burrow inside of it. This activity stillcontinued to the late of April 17, 1975. Duch and his networks disagreed with the party that had nominated them to transport equipment without the permit, and they also carried out CIA activity so asto cause [his network]to implement this task carelessly. In 1977, Duch, working in region 103, had sexual intercourse with 3 women; after that, he was transferred to work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At there, he indirectly criticized the party's cooperative that it was difficult to eat [just only ate gruel]. Until April 20, 1978, Duch and his family were arrested and sent to the Ministry of Sentebal [the Office S-21].
ម៉ប់ ឆឿយ ហៅ ឌុច អាយុ ៣៧ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិគោកពោធិ៍ ឃុំកែវពណ៌ ស្រុកពួក ខេត្ដសៀមរាប ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥។ ឈ្មោះ សេង ភន់ ហៅចិត្ដ អប់រំ ឌុច អោយចូល សេអ៊ីអានៅ ថ្ងៃទី២៨-១២-១៩៦៥។ ក្រោយពីចូលសេអ៊ីអាហើយ ឌុច នៅទាក់ទង សេង ភន់ ធម្មតា ហើយបង្កប់ខ្លួនអោយបានជ្រៅ ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដដើម្បីសេុីបការពីបដិវត្ដ កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា បង្កប់ស៊ីរូងផ្ទៃក្នុងបដិវត្ដ។ សកម្មភាពនេះចេះតែបន្ដរហូតដល់ក្រោយ រំដោះថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បក្សបានណែនាំមិនអោយដឹកឥវ៉ាន់ ដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត តែ ឌុច និងបក្សពួកមិនគោរព ហើយបាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាព សេអ៊ីអា បំផុសអោយខ្ជះខ្ជាយ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ឌុច នៅតំបន់ ១០៣ បានប្រព្រឹត្ដខុសសីលធម៌ជាមួយនារី៣នាក់។ បន្ទាប់មក ឌុច បានផ្លាស់មកក្រសួងការបរទេស នៅទីនោះ ឌុច បាន និយាយវាយប្រហាសហករណ៍របស់បក្ស ថាលំបាកហូប ហូបតែបបរ ជាដើម រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី២០-៤-១៩៧៨ ឌុច និងគ្រួសារត្រូវចាប់ ខ្លួនបញ្ជូនមកក្រសួងសន្និបាលតែម្ដង។
