Mann Chhai Van, male, aged 50, joined CIA on January 1, 1970. Kok Lorn knew the activities of Chhai Van joining the CIA through Sory Kaet, Mei Sa-Em and Khep Samon. Ven convinced all hidden forces and prisoners of loving Republic regime and disgusting the Communist regime. Moreover, Chhai Van introduced the hidden forces and prisoners into CIA by frightening them out of starving.
ម៉ាន់ ឆៃវ៉ន ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៥០ឆ្នាំ កំពស់១,៦២ម៉ែត្រ សំបុរស សក់ស្លូត មុខធំ រាងមាំធំ ភ្នែកធំ ច្រមុះធំ ថ្ងាសទូលាយ សំលេងធំ ដំណើរមួយៗ។ ឆៃវ៉នចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅថ្ងៃទី១-១-១៩៧០។ កុក លន ដឹង ឆៃវ៉នជាសេអ៊ីអាតាមរយៈ ស៊យ កើក, មុី សាអែម, ខែប សាមុននិយាយប្រាប់។ វ៉ៃន បានដឹកនាំសេអ៊ីអា ដែលបង្កប់នៅ គុក និង ឃោសនាអ្នកជាប់គុកអោយស្រលាញ់ របបសាធារណរដ្ឋ ស្អប់កម្មុយនីស្ដ និង បញ្ចូលជាសេអ៊ីអា បើអ្នកទោសណាមិនព្រមចូលអោយបង្អត់បាយ។
