Nguon Ngan, was born in 1953, in Samraong sub-district, Samraong Yaong district, Takeo province. This person was a low farmer. Nguon Ngan, joined in Angkar investigation section on September 5, 1974, through comrade Soeun, and Nguon, and worked as a combatant. Presently, the person works for Chamkar Morn's water plant. Nguon Ngan, was a friendly, patient, active and displine but he was temperamental.
ងួន ង៉ាន កើតឆ្នាំ១៩៥៣ នៅឃុំសំរោង ស្រុកសំរោងយ៉ោង ខេត្ដ តាកែវ ជាកសិករក្រ បានចូលអង្គការសម្ងាត់ថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ តាមរយៈមិត្ដ សឿន និង ងួន ធ្វើជាយុវកក។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន ធ្វើកម្មករនៅរោងចក្រទឹកចំការមន មានទំនាក់ទំនងការងារល្អម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ប្រយុទ្ធភារកិច្ច គោរពអង្គការវិន័យ ប៉ុន្ដែឆាប់មានប្រតិកម្មពិសេស ក្នុងសតិអារម្មណ៍។
