Ma Suos aka Lem confessed that after April 17, 1975 Ou Phat, working in power plant 2, joined the Free Khmer in Bou Kheng's network, under the indoctrination and nomination of Chea Ol; furthermore, Phat accepted plan from Bou Kheng to destroy Union's department, and to burn down foodstuff warehouse, houses, and children office.
ម៉ា សួស ហៅ ឡែម បានសារភាពថា ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ផាត នៅអគិ្គសនីទី ២ បានចូលបំរើកុ្នងខ្សែខ្មែរសេរី របស់ ប៊ូ ខេង ដែលមានអ្នកអប់រំ និងនាំចូលឈ្មោះ ជា អុល។ ផាត បានទទួលផែនការពី ប៊ូ ខេង ឱ្យកំទេចសហជីព ដុតឃ្លាំងស្បៀង ដុតផ្ទះ និងដុតមនី្ទរកុមារ។
