An autobiography, as well as self-criticism, was written by Sarith about his behavior inside his unit. When assigned to the Sewing Machine Technical School unit, he was determined to discipline himself by working to accomplish the target production of 3-6 tons of rice per hectare in a year in 1977.
សារិទ្ធ បានសរសេរជីវប្រវត្ដិរបស់គាត់ និង ការរិះគន់ខ្លួនឯងដែលបាន ធ្វើនៅក្នុងកងរបស់គាត់។ ចូលនៅអង្គភាពសាលាបច្ចេ្ទកទេស ម៉ាសុិនដេរ បាន ប្តេជ្ញាលត់ដំខ្លួន ក្នុងចលនាបង្កបង្កើតផសគឺ មួយហិតា ៣តោន ទៅ៦តោន ធ្វើស្រែពីរដងក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ តាមផែនការដាច់ខាត់។
