Sao Sokhon, worker of train unit, confessed that in 1970, Ly, worker of train unit worked as CIA commando. After April 17, 1975 Ly hid himself in train unit, linked with Tuon Keo's traitorous networks receiving plan from Nuon Keo to devastate the train's machines in order to disturb rice transportation, and was ready to supervise train factory. On December 1976, Ly prepared to fight the revolution , repaired train's machines by not tightening screws properly in order to cause steam to come out, and spreaded propaganda that to do farming with rain, to eat rice; to do farming with channels, to ea t gruel.
ឈ្មោះ សៅ សុខុន កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ លី កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ជាកុម៉្មង់ដូ។ ក្រោយ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ មកបង្កប់កុ្នងអង្គភាពរទេះភើ្លង ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ ទួន កែវ ដែលមានផែនការពី នួន កែវ ដើម្បី បំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភើ្លង បង្អាក់ការដឹកស្រូវ និងត្រៀមក្ដាប់រោងចក្ររទេះភើ្លង។ ថ្ងៃទី១៣-១២-១៩៧៦ ត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ ជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនឱ្យខ្ចៅធូររលុងលិចចំហាយតាមស៊ីឡាំង ឃោសនាថា ធ្វើស្រែនឹងទឹកភ្លៀងស៊ីបាយ ធ្វើស្រែនឹងប្រឡាយស៊ីបបរ។
