Ung Laisan, a worker of Kampot train unit confessed that Koy Vann Na, a soldier of train unit in Koh Tauch sub-district, Kampot province was his traitorous network, and joined the meeting that was pla nned in Phnom Penh to recruit forces to attack the revolution, and to spread propaganda that Sek Sam At's soldiers were surrounding Battambang provincial town.
