កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :

The Communist Youth of Kampuchea is the right hand of the Party and actively carries out the policy, political line, and directives of the Party. Those members who apply the Statutes and Political Program of the Youth Union successfully will be either praised or elevated according to the level of their merits. Members who do anything to harm or violate the Statutes and Political Program of the Youth Union will be criticized or even disciplined depending on the degree of the offense.
អំពិវិនិយ៖ វិន័យរបស់ ស.យុវកក ជាវិន័យដែលគោរពនិងអនុវត្តន៍ របស់សមាជិក។ តាមរយៈនោះវាជាវិន័យ រឹងប៉ឹងគ្មានធួរលុងឡើយ។ សមាជិកណាអនុវត្តន៍បានដោយសកម្មត្រឹមត្រូវល្អនៅ លក្ខន្តិកៈកម្មវិធី នយោបាយរបស់ ស.យុវកកត្រួវ បានសរសើរឬលើកស្ទួយតាមកំរិត និងតាមថ្នាក់ ឱ្យសមតាមគុណសម្បត្តិរបស់។ សមាជិតណាអង្គការថ្នាក់ណា ធ្វើឱ្យប៉ះពាល់ឬលោភធ្វើឱ្យ អន្តរាយដល់លក្ខន្តីកៈ កម្មវីធីនយោបាយ ស.យុវកក ត្រូវទិទៀន ព្រមានឬមានវិធានការណ៍ធ្ងន់ស្រាលទៅតាមសភាពរបស់ខ្លួន។
