Yuos Chhit aka Chum, commissioner of battalion 232, regiment 23, division 290 admitted that in 1968 Soem Chhoeun joined the Free Khmer and took part in propaganda activities to incite people to hate the revolution.
យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ ស្នងការវរសេនាតូច ២៣២ វរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សឹម ឈឿន ថាចូលខ្មែរសេរី នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ និងបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពឃោសនាបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
