Yem Dam, Kuy Chheng Lay and Thaong Mardy, train workers, conceded that Norng Moeun, technician of Steam Machine, was a CIA network. Moeun induced workers to disgust the revolution and hatched plots to execute treasonous acts such as prompting workers to stage demonstration in April 1976, June 1976 and August 1976. In other words, Moeun persuaded workers to murder cadre of train unit and to launchan attack on the party in case of infiltrating movements.
