Khuon Suy aka Sim was a deputy chief of battalion 124, division 310 that hadn't confirmed about the Thon's historical acts. However, he said that in June 1976 Thon joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Oeun and Voeun. The meaning of the plan was to fired the party in September 1976 and prepared targets to attack the party.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅស៊ីម អនុវរសេនាតូច១២៤ កងពល៣១០មិនបាន បញ្ជាក់ពីប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពរបស់ថុន ពីមុនមកទេ ប៉ុន្ដែជននេះបាន និយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ខែ៦ ថុនបានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែន ការណ៍ក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះអឿន និងវឿន ឯខ្លឹមសារនៃផែនការណ៍នោះគឺ វាយបក្សនៅខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ និងរៀបចំមុខសញ្ញាវាយបក្ស។
