Khuon Suy aka Sim, Deputy Secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed that Rom, working in Battalion 124, was indoctrinated for a long time. Rom assumed the responsibility for training the army about the strategic plots to attack the revolution as planned by the Kampuchean Labor Party.
