ឡុង ឡា ហៅ ឈុន អ្នកបកប្រែទូរលេខ តំបន់ ១០៦ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ អាន ហៀង ហៅ សយ ប្រធានវប្បធម៌តំបន់ ១០៦ បានកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់បាន ៥ នាក់ បានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបក្ស ពួកកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ បង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ និងរក្សាការសំងាត់។
