Vy Voeut, soldier of Kampong Som railroad repairing unit, confessed that in 1972, he joined the army and contacted Oeun and Chuop Oeun in the military headquarter in Battambang province. In 1973, Vy Voeut, Oeun and Chuop Oeun were assigned to disguise as bandits infiltrating into Angkor area by Dim so as to arrest the base people to work as soldiers. After April 17, 1975 Oeun and Chuop Oeun hid themselves in the Party in order to convince workers of railroad repairing unit to revolt against the revolution.
វី វឿត យុទ្ធជនជួសជុលផ្លូវរទេះភ្លើងកំពង់សោមបានសារភាពថា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ខ្លួនបានចូលធ្វើទាហាន ហើយបានទាក់ទងឈ្មោះអឿន និង ជួប អឿន នៅបន្ទាយទាហានស៊ុប បាត់ដំបង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ វី វឿត ត្រូវបាន ឌឹមចាត់តាំងឱ្យចូលបង្កប់ខ្លួនធ្វើជាចោរព្រៃនៅមំ្ដុ អង្គរជាមួយ អឿននិងជួប អឿន ដោយដើរចាប់ប្រជាជនចាស់ឱ្យធ្វើ ទាហាន។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ជួប អឿននិង អឿនបានចូល បង្កប់ខ្លួនធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបក្ស នៅផ្នែកកម្មករជួសជុលផ្លូវ រទេះភើ្លង។
