Voal Sapon, member of power plant 2, admitted that Chim Ngy Heng, former worker, was convinced to betray the revolution by Put Kimseng. In July 1975, Voal Sapon re-contacted former networks and received plan from Put Kimseng to stage demonstration and demand for children. After that, Voal Sapon frequently received plan from Um Chamrean to destroy machines. The confession of Ros Phuon aka Kep Saroeun implicated in Chim Ngiheng's confession. The confession of Man Sambo involved in Chim Ngy Heng's confession.
វាល់ សាប៉ុន អគ្គិសនីទី២ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះជឹម ងីហេង ជាកម្មករចាស់ទទួលការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ ពុត គឹមសេង ឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៥ សាប៉ុន បានភា្ជប់ខ្សែចាស់ឡើងវិញ ទទួលផែនការពី ពុត គឹមសេង ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទារកុមារ។ ក្រោយមក សាប៉ុន ទទួលផែនការពី អ៊ុំ ចំរើន ឱ្យបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីន ជាប់រហូត។ ចម្លើយ រស់ ភួន ហៅ កែប សារឿន ឆ្លើយដាក់ ជឹម ងីហេង។ ចម្លើយ ម៉ន សំបូរ ឆ្លើយដាក់ ជឹម ងីហេង។
