The view and standpoint of Palestinian concerning the Vietnamese invasion into Cambodia, were to solve the problem through the peace talk. But, according to their newspapers and magazines in Pyongyang; when we strongly stuck to our standpoint, they tended to support Vietnamese. This report was copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brothers Vorn and Vann and documenting office.
ទស្សនៈគោលជំហររបស់អង្គការប៉ាឡេស្ទីនចំពោះបញ្ហាយួនឈ្លានពានកម្ពុជាឱយមានដំណោះស្រាយតាមការចរចា។ ប៉ុន្ដែដោយ យើងប្រកាន់គោលជំហររឹងប៉ឹង ប៉ាឡេស្ទីនងាកទៅគាំទ្រយួន តាមសមេ្លងកាសែត។ តាមការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងនិងតំណាងគាត់នៅព្យុងយ៉ាង និងអានទស្សនាវដ្ដីរបស់គាត់ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ ហើយអង្គការប៉ាឡេស្ទីនទទួលឥទ្ធិពលពីយួន និងមានជំនឿលើយួន ច្រើនជាងយើង។ អង្គការប៉ាឡេស្ទីនបានលើកគោលការណ៍អប់រំតាមគំរូវិរភាព និងតាមពិសោធន៍របស់បដិវត្តយួន និងគុយបា និយាយរួមអង្គការប៉ាឡេស្ទីនទទួលឥទ្ធិបលខាងពួកវាតទីនិយម ជាងចិន ជាងយើង។ ចម្លងជូនៈ អុំ អុំនួន បងវន បងវ៉ាន់ និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
