Taing Sivleng, professor in Phnom Penh, admitted that in August 1975, Heun, Chho, and Proem, farmer of Baray district, Kampong Thom province, joined the meeting in order to carry out the plan to poison chief of Baray village with him. Theirs purpose was to seize the village chief's position. After that time, they had carried out the traitorous activities with CIA networks in that village. 12 people living in Northern zone involved in the enemy's confession.
តាំង ស៊ីវឡេង សាស្ដ្រាចារ្យភំ្នពេញបានឆើ្លយថា ឈ្មោះហឺន, ឆូ និង ប្រឹម កសិករស្រុកបារាយណ៍ កំពង់ធំ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំអនុវត្ដ ផែនការបំពុលប្រធានភូមិបារាយណ៍ជាមួយខ្លួននៅក្នុងខែ៨-១៩៧៥។ គោលបំណងគឺដណ្ដើមនាទីដឹកនាំក្នុងភូមិឃុំនេះ បន្ទាប់មក ទើបសហករណ៍ការងារក្បត់ជាមួយសេអ៊ីអាកុ្នងភូមិនេះតែម្ដង។ មនុស្សនៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ជាប់កុ្នងចម្លើយខ្មាំងចំនួន ១២នាក់។
