In September 1975, Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of division 310 admitted that Oeun, chief of division 310 assigned him and Phann to contact Keat, chief of Cheung Prey district to prepare rice in order to launch an attack on the party in September 1976.
តាមចម្លើយព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ និរសាកងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាព ថាៈ នៅខែ៩-៧៥ ឈ្មោះអឿន ប្រធានកងពល ៣១០ បាន ចាត់តាំងខ្លួននិង ផាន់ ទៅទាក់ទង ឈ្មោះគាត គណៈស្រុកជើងព្រៃឱ្យត្រៀមអង្ករឱ្យបានច្រើនដើម្បីត្រៀមលក្ខណៈវាយបក្សនៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦។
