Sok Yan, secretary of battalion 234 in regiment 23 and division 290, confessed that Thy was a White Khmer. Activities Thy had done so far were that he joined the meeting to receive about the plan to fight the party on 30 September 1976 from Yin Sean, cadre of battalion 234.
សុខ យ៉ន លេខាវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ វរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថា ធីជាខ្មែសេរី។ សកម្មភាពឈ្មោះធី គឺបាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការវាយបក្សថ្ងៃ៣០-៩-១៩៧៦ ពីឈ្មោះ យិន ស៊ាន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤។
