Sok Sort aka Pon and Prei Doeun aka Soeun, confessed that Luot, as a combatant of Russei Keo gas station joined the revolution in 1971. Yin, appointed Lout, as a commissioner of Company. Luot, had quarrel with a combatant and then killed that one, while he had been drunk. Yin, sent Luot, to Sang. Luot, then was indictrinated to work as traitor by Sang. In June 1975, Sinuon, assigned Luot, to go to Prek Pneou gas station in order to link with Pon's networks.
