Sok Noeun aka Nen, member of office K-1 group, division 310, confessed that Chheng, worker of rubbers carrying section in Kampong Som port, was a traitorous network of Pheng, chief of Ty Po sub-district. In January 1971, Chheng was assigned by Pheng to frighten the people, who had been joining the meeting in Ty Po sub-district by shooting without targets, to spy on ammunition warehouses, if they had been found, they would be destroyed, and to convince the people to hate the revolution.
សុក នឿនហៅ ណេន សមាជិកក្រុមមន្ទីរក-១ កងពល៣១០ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះឆេង កម្មករលីជ័រកៅស៊ូកំពង់ផែកំពង់សោម ជា ខ្សែក្បត់របស់ផេង គណៈឃុំទីពោកុ្នងខែ១-១៩៧១ ឆេងបានបាញ់ កាំភើ្លងបង្អើលប្រជាជនពេលធ្វើមីទិញមួយនៅឃុំទីពោ តាមការ ចាត់តាំងរបស់ផេង និងដើរស៊ើបឃ្លាំងអាវុធ បើឃើញឱ្យកំទេច និងឱ្យប្រជាជនស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
