Soviet and Vietnam had forcibly urged Laos to oppose to our revolution openly for political and military affairs. The reactionary Laotian actively stirred up turmoil near Vientien city, about 30 kilometers. Moreover, the Vietnamese-Laotian Friendship Association declared to support Vietnam. One Laotian arrived in Phnom Penh and other one was busy.
សូវៀតនិងយួនសង្កត់ឡាវអោយចេញមុខចំហរប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដយើទាំងពីនយោបាយនិងយោធា។ ពួកប្រតិកិរិយាឡាវវាយកាន់ តែខ្លាំងធ្វើសកម្មភាព ជិតវាងច័ន្ទចម្ងាយ ៣០គីឡមូម៉ែត្រហើយ សមាគមនន៍មិត្ដភាពឡាវវៀតណាមបានចេញសេចក្ដី ប្រកាសគាំទ្រយួនហើយ។ ឡាវបានមកភ្នំពេញម្នាក់ដោយម្នាក់ ទៀតជាប់រវល់។
