The external enemies continuously fired shells into our territory situated in the north of O Chreou. The enemy's spies infiltrated into Malai mountain and Thmar Puok district, but they all were killed by our soldiers. On May 5, 1978, the enemy's planes flew over our Samrong and Sisophon districts. The internal enemies convinced 40 people to escape, but they all were shot dead, except 2 people. In region 3, 4, and 5, the sexuality was carried out, the subversive propaganda was spreaded that the liberarting soldiers would come to liberate us, in the country would have a king, religion, and markets, the money would be publicly announced to use, and the private living was carried out. These problems were completely solved.
សភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំងនៅខាងក្រៅ បានបាញ់ផ្លោងចូលដីយើងនៅ ខាងជើងអូរជ្រៅជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ នៅភំ្នម៉ាឡៃ ថ្មពួក ចារកម្មខ្មាំងបាន ចូលធ្វើសកម្មភាព តែកងទព័យើងបានកំទេចអស់ហើយ។ នៅថ្ងៃ៥-៥-១៩៧៨ មានយន្ដហោះខ្មាំងហោះចូលដីយើងកុ្នងឃុំសំរោង ស្រុកស៊ីសុផុន។ សភាពការណ៍ខាងកុ្នងខ្មាំង បានចលនាប្រជាជនឱ្យរត់ចំនួន ៤០នាក់ តែត្រូវបានកំទេចនៅសល់តែ ២នាក់រត់រួច។ នៅតំបន់ ៣, ៤, ៥ មានខុសសីលធម៌ឃោសនា វិទ្ធង្សនាថា មានកងទ័ពមករំដោះ មានសេ្ដច សាសនា មានទីផ្សារ ការចាយប្រាក់ និងការរស់នៅជាឯកជនឡើងវិញ។ សកម្មភាពទាំងអស់នេះខ្ញុំបាន ដោះស្រាយរួចអស់ហើយ។
