This was the request of comrade Chinese technicians who had sent workers of Kampong Cham factory to Battambang and Phnom Penh factories for studying aboot the strategy in preparing factories. This report had been copied and sent to brothers Vann, Vorn, Pork, and Khieu, uncle Nuon, and the documentation center.
