Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12 of division 310, confessed that Khuon invited Tun and other partisans such as Chun, Chum and Mach (already arrested)to join a meeting talking about traitorous plan. They also had plan to strongly fight 802 section in Siem Reap in order to get trust from the party so that it was easy for them to build up traitorous forces in the future.
