Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Chhem, member of division 450 company, had received the revolutionary traitorous plan from Sinuon. The meaning of the revolutionary traitorous plan was to enter the network structure into the party increasingly depending on Khuon's nomination, to equip the networks with guns, and to collect the foodstuff for preparing to fight to get the revolutionary authority.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ អង្គភាព៣១០ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះឆែម អនុសេនាធំ កងពល៤៥០ បានចូលរួម ទទួលផែនការក្បត់បដិវត្ដពី ឃួន។ ខ្លឹមសារគឺសំរុកបញ្ចូលបក្សសម្ព័ន្ធ តាមការណែនាំរបស់ ឃួន បំពាក់អាវុធ ស្បៀងត្រៀមឱ្យហើយ ដើម្បីផ្ទុះអាវុធដណើ្ដមរដ្ឋអំណាចពីបដិវត្ដ។
