Sihanouk's activities show that he completely betrayed our people as well as the country because he pushed the country into chaos and agreed to be the Chinese expanisionists' lackey and to cooperate with the US imperialists and Thai reactionaries to oppose the Cambodian people.
សកម្មភាពសីហនុ បង្ហាញថា សីហនុ បានក្បត់ប្រជាជនយើងទាំងស្រុង ព្រមទាំងក្បត់ប្រទេស ពីព្រោះ សីហនុ បានរុញប្រទេសទៅក្នុងភាពវឹកវរ ហើយបានយល់ព្រមធ្វើជាបរិវារ វាតទីនិយមចិន និងសហប្រតិបត្ដិការជាមួយចក្រពិត្ដអាមេរិច និងប្រតិកិរិយាថៃ ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ ឯកសារនេះមានចុះកាលបរិច្ឆេទថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៨១ វាយអង្គុលីលេខ មានចំនួន ៣ទំព័រ។
