San Dim, member of division 310 political company, confessed that he convinced Chiv to work as a expanded network, during the war. Between October and November 1973, Sam Dim assigned Chiv to carry out the traitorous plan in order to kill the revolutionary forces by planting mines, and torture the people by accusing them of serving the enemies. After April 17, 1975 San Dim and Chiv still contacted each other. Oeun former member of division 310 was a real leader of San Dim and Chiv.
សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះជីវ នេះជាកម្លាំងដែលខ្លួនកសាង អប់រំបានតាំងពីសង្គ្រាម មក។ នៅខែ១០ដល់១១-១៩៧៣ សាន ឌីម បានចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះ ជីវ ឱ្យអនុវត្ដផែនការបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដដោយកប់មីន ដើរចោទ ប្រជាជនថាជាខ្មាំង ហើយចាប់ធ្វើទារុណកម្ម។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ សាន ឌីម និង ជីវ នៅទាក់ទងគ្នាដដែលដោយមាន មេដឹកនាំត្រឹមត្រូវឈ្មោះអឿន កងពល៣១០។
