San Dim, political company, division 310, confessed that in November 1976, Ry, division 310 received plan from Kran to expand traitorous forces in order to prepare to collect foodstuff and to fight against the party in the near future. In December 1976, basing on Kran and Oeun's nomination, Ry randomly shot at Reussey Keo for one time in order to stir up complex circumstance. San Dim didn't confirm Ry's activities in detail.
សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា កាលពីខែ ១១-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ រី នៅកងពល ៣១០ បានទទួល ផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ក្រាន ឱ្យពង្រឹងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ត្រៀមវាយបក្សនៅ ពេលខាងមុខ ប្រមូលស្បៀងទុកឱ្យបានច្រើន។ ខែ១២-១៩៧៦ តាមការចាត់តាំងពី អឿន និង ក្រាន, រីបានបាញ់នៅឫស្សីកែវម្ដង ដើម្បីឱ្យកើតសភាពស្មុគ្រស្មាញ។ ឯសកម្មភាពផេ្សងទៀត សាន ឌីម មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ទេ។
