In September 1974, Kuon was assigned to steal rice in cooperatives and to assassinate revolutionary soldiers by San Dim.
សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយ ពីឈ្មោះ កួន សមាជិកកងហា កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈឈ្មោះ កួន នេះជាកម្លាំងបង្កប់នៅកុ្នងកងពល ៣១០ តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ កុ្នងខែ៩-១៩៧៤ កួន ត្រូវបាន សាន ឌីម ចាត់តាំងឱ្យលួចអង្ករសហករណ៍ និងបាញ់កងទ័ពបដិវត្ដ។
