Sorn Sao aka Min, an assistant of Battalion 21, Division 290, confessed that Nhep Phin, Division 290, betrayed the Party by telling information from the Party to enemy to attack back the revolutionary force. In 5 April 1976, Nhep Phin received plans to attack the Party in Eastern Zone.
ស៊ន សៅ ហៅ មិន ជំនួយការកងវរៈ ២១ កងពល ២៩០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះញ៉េប ភិននៅកងពល ២៩០ ក្បត់បក្សផ្ដល់ពត៌មាន អោយខ្មាំងកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ទទួលផែនការវាយបក្សនៅភូមិភាគ បូព៌ា នៅថ្ងៃ៥-៩-៧៦។
