Srei Lam aka Phoap, chief of group's messengers in division 310, confessed that Thy got traitorous plan from him in March, 1976. In Apri,l 1976, Thy participated in stealing a boat of potatoes to share to the others so that it eased to convince them to betray the revolution. Thy also participated in draining water from a hectar of rice-field and destroying a lot of seedlings.
ចម្លើយ ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅ ភាប់ នាទីប្រធានក្រុមនិរសារ អង្គភាព ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ធី ទទួលផែនការអប់រំក្បត់ពីខ្នួន(ភាប់)។ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ធី ចូលរួមលួចដំឡូងបានជិតមួយទូកយកមកស្ងោរ ហើយចែកចាយឱ្យអ្នកដ៏ទៃហូប ដើម្បីងាយ ស្រួលអូសទាញជាកម្លាំងក្បត់។ ធី បានចូលរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពបង្ហូរទឹកចេញពីសន្ទូងអស់ ១ហិកតា និងជាន់ ថ្នាលសំណាបអស់មួយចំនួន។
