រស់ សំអឿន ហៅ ឡាក់ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រុន ប្រធានកងតូច ពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុងថាៈ កាលពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ អង្គការបានដករុនឱ្យមកនៅ ផ្សារថ្មីជាសមាជិកមន្ទីរចាត់ការ។ ឡុញក្ដាប់បានថារុនចូលចិត្ដ និយាយតែពីរឿងស្រីញី បន្ទាប់មកឡុញបានយករឿងស្រីញីមក ឃោសនាអូសទាញរុនឱ្យក្បត់បាន។
