Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of regiment 13 in division 310, confessed that Thuon was a soldier of battalion in division 310. In October 1975, Song asked Thuon to steal people's cows to make food and eat in the unit when regiment 13 was assigned to work on the field at Baseth Mountain.
